Saudi Arabia has not declared a fatwa on building snowmen, and the moron that said he had has no authority to do so - in fact, his website is banned in Saudi because he kept doing stuff like this; only approved members of the Council of Senior Religious Scholars can issue Fatwas, and he isn't one of them....
