Gamekeeper has been jailed.

For the first time in the UK a gamekeeper has been jailed.
Duncan Orr Ewing, head of species and land management at RSPB Scotland, said: "This sentence is a historic, landmark result.

It's the first jailing of a gamekeeper for the persection of raptors, not the first jailing of a gamekeeper.

"A spokeswoman for the RSPB said that while gamekeepers had been jailed in the past for the likes of badger bating, this was the first time in the UK that crimes against raptors had carried a custodial sentence."

I'm assuming this isnt something to do with Jurassic Park, which are the only Raptors I know.

I had a terrible thought pass over me for revenge when a bold, brave Sparrow Hawk whipped a sparrow of the garden fence, it sat on my lawn and started to tear it apart, it ate the whole lot. Then a Magpie came down and tried to steal the Sparrow Hawks lunch, almost a punch up.

I guess that is mother nature.
