Virgin Media couldnt care less
I applied for a roaming sim card on 29th December and was granted one which was, according to the email, despatched on 30th December. It is now 10th January yet I have still not received my sim card. I have sent 2 emails plus an email of complaint yet still no response from Virgin. What is really ironic is that I was sent an email on 2nd January telling me £8 would be taken from my account which I have now cancelled my direct debit. I cannot access my account because the password is sent to the mobile number.
My worry is that if the sim card has went elsewhere then someone has full and uncontrolled access to my account and Virgin Media Mobile couldnt care less. Company is a total joke!! |

yes phoned and spoke to someone who i could hardly understand who said a new sim card would be sent out, still nothing.

And ask to speak with a supervisor when on the phone get a name and if possible an extension num so you have a reference. If you do not get anywhere look at the OFCOM website they have a section on mobile phone complaints. Good Luck.:) |
