Can't log into webmail

Just get the "loading" icon and then get timed out. I couldn't see anything on the status page. Is this a known issue?

Logged into ntlworld.com and virginmedia.com accounts. I can send a message but it wont let me logout of the virginmedia.com account. And the message has arrived in my non VM mail account
