accessing email account in Outlook
 

Hi All
I've just acquired a new computer but I am unable to access my email except through Virgin Media. I've set up the account in Outlook but when I go in I get the message that they can't synchronise messages.

Which version of Outlook, a full Microsoft Office version? Presumably not the ancient outlook express?

Also which email, ntlworld, blueyonder, virginmedia?
