Unable to view bill

Is anyone else having the same problem?

I can log in to my Virgin Media account and access the various sections, but although I can see the total of my current bill, clicking on the 'VIEW BILL' tab gets a page unavailable - try later message.

I've been getting this for a couple of days and have accessed through Internet Explorer and Firefox with same result.

I spoke to Virgin on web chat and got nowhere. Question was obviously misunderstood and I was advised to contact Technical Support then select which service I wanted help with. I've looked on the Virgin forum, but don't see anyone else mentioning this problem today.

Never had a problem with this in the past.

I have exactly the same problem. Logged into my Virgin Media without problem through Firefox but couldn't get into bills themselves. Following receipt of price rise letter I was trying to work out percentage rise over last 12 months. Maybe VM would prefer that I didn't access such information! One thing I know it's well over 5.9%.

I have just checked and can view both current and paid bills as normal.

When I click of the 'overview tab' it takes me to https://my.virginmedia.com/my-bills/index which gives a list of my account charges to date. Maybe this direct l link will let you access the information you need as a short term solution.

There was an issue with eBilling today - apparently it's now been fixed.

Re: Unable to view bill

Thanks for help. I've tried again and managed to get into my bill this time.

In future I think I'll just come straight on to Cable Forum with a Virgin problem. Will get a sensible answer much more quickly than contacting Virgin.

(No offence BenMcr your replies are always very helpful)!!
