Can any one direct me to where I can find out what channels are on the M and M+ packages?

Try this... Google "Virgin Media TV packages" found this in 10 seconds!

You could try the TV Anywhere listing, it let's you change the TV package and local region.

Edit: Make sure you take it off All Channels or you will not see any difference.

If you see any engineers at any time, behind the cover in the user guide there is a list of all channels with their corrisponding number and package (accurate at time of printing)
