Price Increase
Just had a letter through saying my VM BILL IS GOING UP BY £4 A MONTH from 28... Is there any way to combat this if you are still in contract??

Yes, the price increase allows you the opportunity to cancel your services, so phone themup and tell them you want to stay but are thinking of leaving. Be polite, but be persistent. I got as far as arranging an installation date with another provider before Virgin eventually knocked £39 off my monthly headline price and there are reports on this site of equally good or better successes.
