Which Bluray to mp4 converter
 

Anyone have any recommendations?

I don't want to mess about with various hardcore items like handbrake etc, just a simple one stop shop to rip my bluray disks to mp4 (now that its now legal to backup your personal disks in the UK)

It may be legal for personal use, but you still have to get round the copy protection.

Sure, there's plenty of software packages that let you do that in a one stop solution, I'm looking for recommendations.

any reason why they need to be MP4? MakeMKV is good for MKV files. I suppose you could then use Handbrake to convert.

Use MakeMKV to dump the actual disc and remove any copy protection.
Then use VidCoder to encode the video, you can happily encode to MP4 with that.

It's not really "hardcore" it will take you 30 mins to get to grips with the whole process, and not cost you a penny. I can probably even give you some Vidcoder presets.
