half height freeview HD card

Looking for a half height freeview HD card that has excellent EPG and recording facilities.
Any ideas what I should go for.
This is an upgrade to an earlier build running windows 7 64 bit.

Proper HD is hard to find - many claim HD, but are not DVB-T2
