BT36 - Virgin TV Anywhere poor
 

I use TV Anywhere to watch virgin TV channels on the PC occasionally but I find that it performs poor most of the time, I am just wondering if the issues I experience are worth a call for support? Anyone else care to share how they find Anywhere on the PC specifically?

For me the stream will sometimes just turn to buffering and never play again or sometimes just buffer for a second at a time, causing the stream to just stutter.

Another issue is the stream will turn to a black screen and need a refresh to play again.

Never had any problems with broadband speed or any other streaming services, so I can't see it being an issue with my local connection.
