S3 mini call log files location

S3 mini call log files location. Hello, Can any one tell me where the call log files are stored on the S3 mini? I have used a SIM reader and all that are on the SIM are contacts and SMS messages. I have used Samsung KIES which is the software that Samsung supply but I am still unable to locate them! Ken

There are no files. It's all stored in the app database.
