Oh for... (maddeningly intermittent connection)
Hi. I'm having broadband problems (I have 152MB or whatever it's called)

Upstream Channels I've had to disconnect the input cable from the splitter and connect it directly to the hub. This gives me more of a chance to be connected for a while; via the splitter it hardly ever managed a connection. If I'm doing something else offline (watching freeview or having a meal) I keep an eye on it - it seems to be a steady connection. And them when when I try to go online it'll suddenly cut off again. I can keep an eye on it via the thinkbroadband site on my mobile - it'll be a perfect connection for most of the afternoon and suddenly cut off as soon as I switch on my computer. Here's today's graph. Cam you guess what time I started to use it this evening? My Broadband Ping (Apologies for any typos - I'm trying to get this uploaded while I still can). |

ring tech support and get them to come and replace the shub and check the wiring
