Moving Home
 

I recently moved my services over and have had a contract sent in the post, which is to be signed and sent back. However someone else openeed it and has lost the enevelope to send back the contract in.

Does anyone know where this contract has to go to?

That's very unusual. Does it specifically say to send it back? If it did you would normally have two copies, one to keep and one to send back.

yh i have one for me and one to be sent back, just wanted to know what the address is that i need to send it back to

The address I have on my latest contract which VM says is their registered office is

I don't think it's legally required if the contract was arranged over the phone - the DSR would apply which means that the contract is assumed to have been accepted 14 days after it was arranged (got upped from 7 days this year)

If you dont send it back i dont think anything happens anyway
