Super hub down.. Land line for customer services?

Hi all

Problem I posted yesterday still exists so need to phone customer services today.

Will need to do via mobile phone as normal phone use broadband VOIP.... due to lack of credit on phone is there a Land line number I can use on a Sunday to make contact.... as concerned time on hold etc will use credit....

Phoned them they said known faulted reported yesterday (although nothing on server status) estimated time to fix up until 15 Sept..... Just checked and it's back in and running..... Daughters very happy and it's been very quiet.. Thanks for the help Mike
