Super hub 2 no broadband
Hi all...
Really hope someone can kindly advise me on this... Lost Internet today...on super hub bottom blue power light is on.... Third light up (tick) is on... But second light up (up and down arrows) is flashing green rapidly.... Sure this was blue before.... Young teenage daughters threatening to leave home.... Driving us all mad.... Any ideas or comments... Many thanks your any help and your time Regards Mike |

It should be blue it means it hasnt locked onto all your downstream channels, try turning it all off again including the computer, last time it happened to me it took 20mins or so to lock onto blue.
Failing that check your service status and if nothing is on there you may have to phone up. |
