Subtitling gone on BBC News HD.
 

A friend with hearing difficulties has just informed me that there are no longer any subtitles on BBC News HD when viewed via VM.

Before I report it, is this an actual fault or policy change like the removal of the radio EPG info?

Is this the same all over the country?

Surely this will affect the disability access quota requirements of the BBC :confused:

I haven't been able to view BBC News HD all afternoon, let alone view subtitles

Just checked and everything seems to be ok now. Not sure if my fault report helped or not!
