Doesn't seem to be broken for me. I just tested it and its forwarding mail for from an ntlworld.com address to a gmail address.

Can you give more details of the problem, what you've tried, etc.?

I don't forward emails to gmail, I set gmail to pull email from my ntl/VM addresses.

I have been trying for some time to set up my ntl mail to be forwarded to my gmail account. I can get as far as entering the forwarding address but it then hangs on the next screen.

I have found references to other people having the same problem (see link below) and I wondered if anyone here knew of it.

Ahh, I wasn't aware of that issue but it looks like it's ongoing.

However, what others have said is true - if you go into your Gmail account, under settings and "accounts and import" you can "import" your mail from your NTL account. The end result is the same, you're just "pulling" the emails into your gmail instead of "pushing" them from your ntl.

Thanks guys. I knew the import feature was there but I didn't realise that you could pull mail from other accounts.

I knew it would be worth asking the question here :-)
