Outage every morning at 2am

Every morning between 2am and 3am the broadband service fails, its usually for about 30-50 minutes in length.

also this morning I had no service between 2.10am and midday.

does anyone know why there is always an outage at 2am and also does anyone know what the problem was with the long outage today as nothing came up on the service report page/phone line.

Its the M9 area of Manchester

What does "always" mean? Months, weeks, days?

If it's days, could well be area work.

can you post the logs from the shub as well because there will be some error messages in there.
