Changes to local phone dialling in Bradford, Brighton and Middlesbrough
 

Basically you'll have to include the area code when dialling in these three locations. More info here:

Aberdeen and Milton Keynes are affected as well, although VM have no on-net customers there so it doesn't matter much to them.

Though it's possible VM still have off-net/BTw customers lying around?

Virgin Media can't even spell Middlesbrough right they spelt it Middlesborough
