Anyone else having problems with Spotify streaming tonight?
 

Keeps stopping every 10 seconds. Some songs don't play at all.

On my other link and via a VPN on VM it works. Could someone else test it please?

I was going to test it for you but I don't use it and I don't like installing software which I don't use and signing up for accounts etc

But you don't need support otherwise you would be on the VM forum rather than here.

As you have access via a VPN then you don't have a problem that needs support.

are you on any medication? In order for somebody to fulfil your request three criteria have to be met:

a) they have to be a member of this forum
b) they have to use spotify
c) ideally they have to reside in your area so their traffic is routed along the same network segment

how many people do you think that applies to?

In fairness to NuttehButteh, people post threads quite regularly about other services having issues, like Youtube and such. Just because none of us use Spotify doesn't make it any less valid a query, especially as he's already done some testing and found that it seems to be ok outside of Virgin's network but inside it, it's having issues. That seems like a perfectly valid and legitimate thing to investigate and there's no real harm in asking if anyone else was having the same thing.

This is, quite frankly, an utterly pointless and useless post. It doesn't contribute to the thread in any way, shape or form. Sorry, General, I've got a lot of respect for you and you're normally one of the more helpful people on this forum but think of how many threads would be derailed if everyone posted that they don't have anything to contribute to it.

Of course NuttehButteh, what people are saying is correct as well - this isn't an official forum and support isn't guaranteed, so getting upset when nobody can help isn't productive either - it doesn't look like anyone else here uses Spotify, so your best bet is either spotify's forums or the official VM ones.

not really, given his immature behaviour and reaction to the lack of responses, I think my post was perfectly reasonable otherwise he would be bleating that people were ignoring him. My subsequent post reinforces my initial explanation regarding my personal circumstances and provides some insight to the op as to why assistance to his problem has been minimal.
