Contact details for phone problems
 

Am having problems with my home phone and want to speak with someone at Virgin but have twice gone through a laborious set of menus before being told there was a technical problem. I was dialling 0345 454 1111. Is there a better number I should use or is there a useful email address? Thanks.

That is the main contact number for VM so should be able to get through to them on that number.
