Customisable App for Events

Hello,

Anybody know of any customisable Android / iOS apps that you can use to add dates and times of specific events and make them public?

Huh? You mean like the built in calendar? Or Facebook events?

The standard android calender is indeed simply google calender which can be shared publicly but I believe it can only be shared with those who also have a google/gmail account??

No, public means public, it even turns up in Google Search (supposedly) and can be published on web pages, etc.
