Received emails bouncing?
 

On Monday I sent myself an email from my work to my Gmail account, my phone beeped to tell me it had been received then I got a blank email from my Gmail account to my works email.

Checking my Gmail it appears that this is happening to all that have been received.

What is causing this and how do I stop this.

Getting a blank email back is *not* bouncing. Bouncing is when you do not receive the email at all and get an error message back.

Sounds like you have a broken auto-reply or read/delivery receipts set up.

It turns out the "out of office" box had been checked.
