Does anyone how long The account pages on My Virgin Media is going to be down for?

its been like that almost all day so take it that they are doing some form of work.

it would be nice if they could put something on there website telling us how long it will be down for.

It isn't planned work. There has been a fault with the billing systems for much of the day. Often in situations like this it's not possible to predict how long it will take to fix.

I haven't been able to access my latest emails on my i-phone since Friday, when it was last updated. Is this part of the same fault? I can still get them on my computer.

I can receive email from NTLWORLD account on iPad so doesn't sound like its a VM issue

When i try to sign in to my email it takes me to Googlemail!!

I think it is GMail based online. Unless you mean it takes you to the GMail website in which case it is only happening to you.

I have it bookmarked for quickness and it took me to a Googlemail log-in this morning.

Have now changed the bookmark to https://my.virginmedia.com/my-apps/email/mailbox which I got from the link on the Virgin home page, so something changed.

There should be a VM logo in the top right hand corner of the screen, otherwise it looks just like Gmail/GoogleMail.

Unfortunately, due to some of the changes being made bookmarking the web mail inbox directly, e.g https://mail.virginmedia.com/mail/u/0/#inbox will trigger a Google login page if you aren't already logged in.

However bookmarks without /mail/u/0/#inbox on the end e.g mail.virginmedia.com work as do bookmarks of the link from the page header that you've found.
