You sign up with Netflix and pay them money every month.

That has never been an option.

From time to time, Virgin Media has offered a six month free code for Netflix. Sometimes for new customers only, sometimes for existing customers upgrading to a Collection, sometimes for existing customers already on a Collection but willing to recontract for 12 months.

As far as I know, there is no current Netflix offer from Virgin Media.

Independent of that, you are always a Netflix customer and pay their charges.

I thought you meant that you have still got a year to run, but if you don't mean than I'm not sure what you are trying to say.

Why not ring up Customer Services and just ask if you can subscribe to Netflix and get any information you need from them. Incidentally, you will need a TIVO to access Netflix through your box.
