Virgin Media possible install
 

Hi All

Not sure if this is the right Forum, so please don't shoot me down...

Hoping someone may help or advise

I contacted Virgin through Cable My Street Website, and reported that round the corner my mate has connected to Virgin. This however was not available for myself, this contact was made in January 16th 2014.
I never heard anything back on this, last week I was walking the girls to school and there was a lot of digging going on with Virgin Media signs on show. I asked the person who advised this was never connected.

Has anyone had this happen or know how this works...The post code check still shows not available

It's promising that they are digging in the area. Try emailing cablemystreet again.

Thanks for the update......when I completed the request you get a reply saying thanks we are looking into this.....I just forwarded the mail with an updated question...(sent yesterday with no reply at present)
