Retentions deal
 

Im on the Premier package and I phoned retentions today as my current loyalty discount had came to an end. I'm happy with the new deal i've got and have recieved an email confirming it. I do have one question though, becaiuse I have recently had my bill issued with the final month of my old loyaty discount on it the advisor set it up so my new discount starts from 1st April. On the right of the email it states that my broadband has been supercharged up to 100Mb, should this happen straight away or will it happen on 1st April?

I'd think it'll all happen on the 1st of April as the order will cover all the changes.

Cheers Ben, I thought that myself but just wanted to double check. If the speed doesn't increase on 1st April i'll give them a ring. Not that i'm desperate for the extra speed though, 30Mb would be enough for me but that would have made the package cost more.
