Loss of Service. Bolton area
 

Anyone experiencing intermittent loss of service in the Bolton area ?
Myself and some of my friends have been experiencing this for about 2 months now.
Calling Virgin Media is a waste of time. The operatives command of English in the Asian call centres is such that I cannot make them understand that is is not a problem with my equipment but as they are reading from a script we go round in circles !
