Yup, just rebooting router and reset to factory defaults to see if helps.

it looks like something more serious is going on. If it was the shub I would expect to see a gradual build up. Your graph looks like someone has flicked a switch and blew something up :)

Just spoke to them, as usual they treat me as stupid. I let them run through the usual stuff, reboot router, disconnect and hardwire. Then she messed up all my wireless settings lowering my 5ghz down to 217mhz and turning off performance mode and pronounced my issued fixed!!

Give me strength....:erm:

Naturally being the consummate professional she took the precaution of first confirming with you or at least "backing-up" your existing SHUB configuration for you first? (e.g. http://192.168.100.1/VmRgBackup.html ) ;)

Fortunate you took that precaution before the call? ;)
