Virgin fixed line status?

Anyone else suffering from faulty landline? Service status on Virginmedia website not available. Any insights?

Engineer had to be called out via separate mobile phone, no fix til Friday afternoon. Service status on Virgin website still unavailable. No idea what's up.

If an engineer is coming out then it's usually a fault that is only affecting your line & no-one else. You can also use Virgin's Community forum to get phone faults investigated if you can't call out.
