Slow Speed
 

very slow speed i disconnected all other devices. allso done a speedtest.net spoke to CS for 30mins he did some test on his side and they all fine i been told to connect a laptop and then do a speedtest only problem i have wait for my son to return from work

Test 1: 1024K took 317 ms = 3230.3 KB/sec, approx 26618 Kbps, 25.99 Mbps
Test 2: 1024K took 303 ms = 3379.5 KB/sec, approx 27847 Kbps, 27.19 Mbps
Test 3: 1024K took 311 ms = 3292.6 KB/sec, approx 27131 Kbps, 26.5 Mbps
Test 4: 2048K took 646 ms = 3170.3 KB/sec, approx 26123 Kbps, 25.51 Mbps

Overall Average Speed = approx 26930 Kbps, 26.3 Mbps

The speed test on the Forum is nor reliable IMO. I get 11 meg on that test and 106 meg on speedtest.net.

Akso, do tell us whether or not you are wired or on wireless for your test.

But you didn't show us the results of speedtest.net compared with the Forum speed test!

the reading is allway different peak and off peak

Is that your answer then? Peak time congestion + the Forum speed test is unreliable?
