HD Channels

Alibi, TCM & Sky 1 HD channels are breaking up on my Tivo.

Anyone else with the same problem? Also noticed sound level much higher on some HD Channels than the equivalent SD.

I think the sound on the HD channels will be louder on the HD channels due to the fact HD recordings allow for better sound recordings too (i.e recordings with Dolby in 5.1) compared to SD recordings. I am sure someone more intelligent than me could provide you with a more in-depth answer.

Sound levels do vary between the channels. As far as your picture is concerned, try re-booting at the plug and if the problem persists, report it to Customer Services.

A re-boot does resolve most problems.
