BD21 Internet Connection

Anyone having issue with internet connection in the BD21 area. The whole street has gone off with the tick on the router flashing and the arrows flashing green.

Happened a few days ago & it took Virgin over 9 hours to fix it.

They were probably doing some scheduled maintenance. It is very unlikely that you'll have two fault develope in such a close time period.

Virgin Media confirmed late last night there have a major issue at the cabinet and all services went off. It was all ok my Mid-Day today.
