Answer Please.
I have just self installed Superhub 2[miracle in its self]!
When I Google a site it comes up instantly, but then when I try to go into said site it takes an age. Reminds me very much of dial up. Is this the new hub router or is it as Virgin is and its just coincidence? This has been on all sites I have tried. Should I be contacting Virgin Tech. support. Done a speed test. If you post your power levels someone here will be able to tell you if they are off before you call them.
Go to the superhub page at http://192.168.100.1/ don't log in, click Router Status at the top right then click on both the Downstream & Upstream sections and take a screenshot of each page. |

it would help to run a trace to somewhere like bbc.co.uk as well

Thanks people but it seems to have sorted itself out! Not overly impressed with SH2!!
