Cannot make purchases on laptop

May friend has recently moved house, and she has found that she cannot book her holiday on her laptop as the payment bar/page is greyed out. She has a new router but is still with her old isp. She can pay on her pc and kindle, any ideas what is causing the problem folks?

is her flash/java upto date?

Get her to download and try on Chrome if she has not already

Thanks for that Tizme I have emailed to ask her. I think she uses Chrome.
