Hacking returned to VM ?
http://www.bbc.co.uk/mobile/iplayer/...don_10_02_2014
Just watched the above programme on how pirates are hacking the Sky TV system. I wonder if this is now being used to access channels on the VM platform too? |

If you go to the full site and search for 'Inside Out London" for 10/2/14, you should be able to find it. It is also on the VM Catch Up TV service. ---------- Post added at 14:13 ---------- Previous post was at 14:05 ---------- Quote:
I always thought that card sharing was about fooling the box into thinking that a valid card was being used by giving it the details of a legitimate card. It seems that what they do is fool your own card into unlocking unsubscribed channels by pinching the codes from another card where all the channels have been paid for and unlocked. With hindsight, the way I thought that they would do it would create card and box pairing problems. |
Re: Hacking returned to VM ?
