On upgrade, I'll see how the SHUB Wifi goes, as a router, save having an extra device powered.

BUT, I like to use DHCP address reservation, so that certain devices appear at known addresses, and so that port forwarding is consistent.

Is it possible to set it up like a proper router, or have they taken away half the menu options as so many ISP supplied devices do - actually, that mainly derived from the fact that I switch the current router off overnight, which does tend to cause DHCP lease conflicts unless most are reserved, so that might not be an issue as the SHUB would be staying on.

if you are that worried about it dude then just buy a proper router
