Software Update Service
 

When I would check for software updates on my mobile it would usually tell me that I already have the latest updates, but only recently it has stopped showing that message and it has been replaced with this as shown below, just curious as to what the message actually means.

That usually means there is a firmware update for your device but that the over the air update service is busy. Is it a Samsung? Plug it into the PC and fire up Samsung Kies and it should pick the update up and install it for you.
