Virgin Mobile - Customer Services?
 

Are they all off-shore or is a case of whoever you get through to at busy times like with VM CS?

They are not all offshore. I've spoken to someone in the uk. But I'm not sure how you'd get to make sure that happened.

Cheers - it's usually a case of calling early in the morning to avoid them.

I usually find saturday mornings about 9 works for me

There are two UK call Centres I think. One is in Teeside and the other is somewhere down south.

It seems totally random whether you get the UK guys. Sometimes depending on the option you pick though you get them more often than not.

Why do they persist with off shore call centers! Just spent 30 minutes trying to order a new phone and could hardly understand any of three different operators.Think it was in the Philippines so would be very cheep labour ! I'm not comfortable with passing Banking Details to them,Virgin neads to sort their act out, my Bank used to use Off shore but moved back to UK because of complaints

They're probably cheaper.

Just hang up and keep trying till you hear a UK accent?
