No V+ Service in CV11
My V+ service appears not to be working, if I push the V+ button! I get the message "It looks like you're having some trouble with this service"
Is anyone else having this problem? Nothing on the service status page |

Phoned CS, they reset the service and box rebooted, didn't make any difference.
Turned box off, disconnected input b/b cable, left for 30 secs, reconnected and turned on and now working! I must admit I thought it was the hdd. Will call CS to see if they think it's worth the engineer coming out - we did have a repullesd recently which made a Hugh difference to the b/b signal level so that may be a problem for the V+ |
