Tivo switches to home page?
 

Could my problem be due to box updates?
Twice today @2.45pm then again soon after start of Eastenders.
The selected channel has been blanked out for couple of minutes then reverts to 'home page'.
Did same yesterday @ 2.45pm whilst trying to record an afternoon program.
Prior events happened on the run up to christmas holiday period.
[Just tried phoning faults, queue @20minutes and waiting]

This happened to me after the last update. Got fed up and carried out a reset, hasn't happened since. Hope this helps.

It's a known software fault in the last update. Rebooting may make it go away for a while, but there isn't a proper fix as yet.
