Bundle Pricing
 

Hi,

I was wondering whether or not I have a fair price for my bundle.

I have been a customer for 7 years and did until recently have a loyalty credit. It was removed for some reason. No idea why.

I have an M+ package

bb up to 20gb
tv m+
v hd box
talk weekends = 24.15

phone line = 14.99

Total 39.14 per month + sundries

I have been informed of a £4.50 increase.

An essential collection at
bb 30gb
TiVo box
m+ tv
talk weekend

Is just 4 pounds more!

What is the price increase for the essential bundle? It should be more but is it? I cannot find any mention to compare. I expect the increase is the same for M+ and Essential which does not seem fair.

What I would like to know is whether my bundle compared to essential bundle is fair and should things be looked at?

All prices on the website now are the post-increase prices. Essential Collection will be £43.99. If you want the Essential Collection at that price, phone up and ask for it. Expect to enter a new 12 month minimum contract period.
