I love it when you put an advert in for a job

hours and pays clearly stated and you get someone turn
up and say things like - I can't do the thursday as I have my grandchild
and I can only be in on the Friday till one etc


ok - have a think about it and give us a call I say :mad:


then rip up her details and throw them in the bin

I think if you're offering part time hours, you need to expect to attract people who are looking to fit work around other commitments. If you can find someone who is prepared to work only the hours you have available, at exactly the time you have them, then good for you. But perhaps you won't. I don't know. How often do you have this happen?
