Billing Question

HI

I have recently signed up to Ntl and would like to know do they have like an e-bill similar to the way BT operates in which you can view which numbers were dialed a day after they have been dialed?

Re: Billing Question

As is usual with ntl, the answer is "it depends". (On where you are and what services you have). Also, it sometimes takes a few days for calls to show up.

Try www.ntlworld.com -> Your Account -> View your e-bill online

Isn't e-billing being phased out as part of the Harmony project though?

Re: Billing Question

You could also enquire about fully itemised bills, they lists all calls from your number on the last month, unfortunatly this is charged £1pm.
