been going on for a while - but I haven't exploded with rage about it before now for some strange reason


I rang them up and asked what the F@*& it was supposed to be for 'when it was at home'


it's to make industries and businesses use less power she replies on the end of the phone


but we are a catering outlet I explain - are we supposed to just 'cook less'
and she was a bit dumbfounded after that

Most of these greasy spoons I've been to cut corners on hygiene anyway so I'm sure a few more cuts here and there won't be a problem.

How ridiculous ... Surely the way to get businesses to use renewable energy more would be to give grants to those willing to find alternative renewable options.

This is just another "silent" tax...

it means that all catering establishments in Wales must display the rating given to them by the Health and Safety people on their doors with threat of fines and the usual threats if you don't


with these scores on the doors as they call them being viewable via a website


perhaps best not serve stuff luke warm as you suggest then

Not sure I said anything about serving food "Luke warm" *goes back to check* nope, I didn't.

What I said was so many I've been to in South Wales seem to cut corners when it comes to hygiene. As a result I'd rather eat at a gastro-pub or similar than a greasy spoon.
