Samsung S4 email issue
 

Can anyone help i just got new samsung s4 i have set up my email account. the issue i having is that when i recieve a emails to my phone some of the email are about 2weeks old upto 15 email per account and you can tell the email have been read. i have 3 accounts set up. i changed my phone from a blackberry 9700 Thanks

have you tried the usual stuff - restarting after deleting and re-adding the email accounts?

done that still same. i trying to get rid off messages in Deleted Items other then doing one by one is there quicker way? as getting rid off 3000 messages is going take time

what email are you using? e.g gmail, yahoo etc

Spoke to VM and they did some settings there end and all is working fine
