Some advice please
I have been a happy VM customer for 3 years now, however have just noticed that through my employer (CQC) and the VMRates site i am entitled to a special deal. The deal happens to match exactly what i currently have (Premier collection + phoneline rental)
It will save £5 a month on my bill for 18 months (Down from £52.99 to £47.99) and give me a free Samsung Tablet. I am currently out of contract with VM but it will not let me sign up for this deal as i am not a new customer. What is the easiest way for me to get this deal, can retentions do it? CAn i take a payslip into the VM shop and can they do it? Or will i have to cancel have them remove all my equipment and then sign up to this deal (really dont want that). Any advice would be greatly appreciated. |

You can't cancel and then resign up for 3 months i think.
