VIP bundle query
 

Been with the company for years and currently on VIP collection paying £112.75pm plus the phone in advance. Slightly ahead of the game as in the price I have 1Tb Tivo, 500gb Tivo and a V+HD (old Samsung box). Also get called id for free.

Want to renew for 12 months to get free 6 month upgrade to include Netflix, any ideas if they will stick the old price ?

I used the website to pretend I was a new customer and online the price for VIP is coming out at £118.75pm for just the two boxes, it does not allow you to add a third box. Looking in the phone section, the caller id is extra as well as a coupe of other phone bits I seem to have as extras.

Assuming I wanted the third box swapped for a Tivo, what is the monthly hit ?

Am I pushing my luck ?;)

Any additional standard boxes cost £6.50 pbpm

only new customers will get the 6 month offer i guess

Thanks for the comment, the way I read it is that if I agree to a new 12 month contract, I can get the 6 months free Netflix sub

Third Tivo installed today replacing the V+HD and bill goes up £5pm
