adding a tarrif to landline renewing contract
 

I recently added the mobile tarrif to my landline and was told because I was a vip customer it would cost me £2 extra a month and it wouldn't affect my rolling contract. One week later just before my cooling off period expires I get a new contract to sign in the post. I have rang virgin who are now going to listen to the call and ring me back. Has anyone else had this problem?
